We are located in the Panhandle of Florida about 25 minutes east of Panama City Florida. We have rentals in Cape San Blas, Indian Pass Beach, St Joe Beach, Beacon Hill and Mexico Beach. If you are looking for nice quiet beaches with lots of fun and fishing then this is the place for you.

     Indian Pass offers, Horse Back riding on the beach, driving on the beach with a permit, bonfires, and pets are allowed. This is the place for great family fun. Cape San Blas has a great State Park with camping, boat ramps at St Joe Bay that offers great fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, swimmimg and boating. Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach and Beacon Hill, have the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico which offers fun on the beach as well as some of the best deep sea fishing in the Gulf.
