Aunt Bonnie's Heaven offers an exceptional beachfront retreat on St. Joe Beach, providing a tranquil setting amid convenient surroundings. The ground level comprises the principal living area, which boasts outstanding waterfront views and magnificent sunsets through a wall of sliding glass doors facing the beach. This level also includes the kitchen and dining room, as well as the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a custom tile shower that is sure to impress. Guests can step out onto the open-air deck to enjoy the sea breeze. The fully stocked kitchen meets all meal preparation needs.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed offering picturesque gulf views, and another bedroom furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Each of these additional bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

"We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The location was absolutely perfect-right on the beach, with the sound of the waves as your daily soundtrack. The kids spent their days playing on the beach and flying kites for hours. The highlight of the each day was watching the sunset with my family from the deck. The house itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. It had everything a family of six needed for a comfortable and peaceful getaway. Highly recommend Aunt Bonnie's Heaven for anyone looking to unwind and soak up the best of beach life!

A joyful family gathering

"I rented the house in order to bring my whole family together for Easter. The house comfortably accommodated my four adult offspring and 3 spouses (my husband and Ilive locally.) The rental was 4/6-4/11. Friday was the only sunny day. It rained the rest of the time, but they had a great visit anyway. There was some swimming, sinn bathing one day, fishing right out front, game playing, sightseeing, beach walking, a lovely sunset from the large deck on Thursday, and dining at wonderful local restaurants (Shipwreck, Marley's, and The View.) and what family gathering is complete without a trip to the ER for a tetanus shot? Even that was pleasant and required no wait time. The kitchen was large enough and well stocked with utensils and cookware for cooking Easter dinner. My only complaint is that seating is limited. Since we were inside a lot, one more couch would have been perfect and a larger dining table would have helped. There were nine people staying at the property, but only seating for 6 at the table and in the living room. There is a counter with stools, which could work for children, but did not work for our needs. All in all it was a lovely visit at Aunt Bonnie's and I would consider renting it again next year. I would give 4.5 stars if it were possible. More seating would have gotten it a solid 5.

"Aunt Bonnie’s Heaven is one of the nicest vacations rentals we’ve enjoyed. Very enjoyable waterside beach views from large windows/sliding glass doors in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. When open- great for listening to the waves, seagulls, beach sounds. Large beachside porch on the main level with table, chairs and loungers, makes enjoying the breeze and beach very easy and relaxing. Note: Not able to walk directly to the beach from the connecting boardwalk, due to deep water pool; must walk to nearby sand paths to access the beach. Perfectly enjoyed long weekend retreat for friends, with restaurants and grocery stores not too very far away. The house is clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated, non-cluttered and comfortable. Parking is convenient and away the highway, room for 1 to 3 cars.. 4 cars maybe, but 2 would be blocked in. Forgotten Coast Property Management is easy to reach and is responsive during and after business hours.

"Our first visit to this part of Florida and will definitely be our next beach vacation. The town is small but has everything needed for a quiet relaxing get away. Now I understand the meaning of The Forgotten Coast.

"Great place. Location was good. Not far from friends that actually live in Port St Joe. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower in the master. Water went everywhere on the floor. Also, the people in the adjoining house had 2 dogs and we couldn’t bring our dog.

Stunning sunsets

"My family and I enjoyed our week at this property. The views of the gulf were stunning from many rooms in this house. The house was comfortable and very convenient to Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe restaurants. Beach was good for walking and relatively uncrowded which made it nice for social distancing.

"My family and I completely enjoyed this top notch, pristinely managed property. All of our amenities desired were met, on this stunning beach front location. The views for the morning sunrises and moonlit evenings, were simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend Aunt Bonnies Heaven, so much we have a wedding in April of 2022, we will be back.

"Had a delightful stay at Aunt Bonnies Heaven. This practically new house sits in an amazing location right on the beach. The western facing large deck is perfect for watching spectacular sunsets. Location is convenient to nearby restaurants, but on a relatively undeveloped and uncrowded area of Port St. Joe Beach. We will definitely stay here again.
