Upstairs, you’ll find two luxurious master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Every bedroom is furnished with a television, allowing access to your favorite streaming apps for personal entertainment.

"The booking process was quick & easy. The home is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is a very short walk to the sand. We enjoyed the private pool, beautiful beach and spectacular sunsets.

"Such a lovely home. Very large open living area for everyone to enjoy being together and the kitchen is nicely arranged. The pool was a super bonus that our grandchildren enjoyed daily. We will be back next year.

Nice Home to Stay In

"This is a nice property. It worked perfectly for a family of 8 - 3 of those being 12 and under. The main floor bedrooms are small but not really an issue. The Master is nice and has a nice tub and shower as shown. The 4th bathroom is poolside but is very nice with a large shower. The kids loved showering there before coming in the house. The area has definitely built up since these pictures were taken. The house itself looks like the pictures. However, there are currently 3 houses being built on the beach which does take away from your ocean view that is not shown in the pictures. But the house is extremely close to the beach - closer than many beach front condos I've stayed in. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived regarding the pool needing to be cleaned due to a storm that had come in the night before we arrived and regarding internet. However, we contacted Forgotten Coast and they got these issues taken care of immediately. I was very pleased with Forgotten Coast in their urgency to help solve these issues. If coming back to MB we would definitely look at staying here again. We had a great week!

Peaceful and Relaxing

"Just a beautiful property. Very well maintained, in a great area. We had an incredible time. We knew there would be some construction because of Hurricane Michael, but it didn't take away from any of the peace and beauty of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

"This house is absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and has room for everyone. There is room for everyone to sit and watch a movie or play games as well as room to spread out and have space to yourself. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool is right there. Loved the privacy we had at the pool and loved the bathroom with huge shower by the pool. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years and this one is at the top of the list.

"This is our second stay here this year and it only gets better. Beautiful and well maintained. The problems we encountered were immediately addressed by the rental company, which is not my experience in many past vacations in other places. So kudos to the owners and rental company for providing such a pleasant experience for our family to experience!

Family Vacation at Beach State

"Our vacation at the rental property, Beach State, was awesome! The house perfectly accommodated our family of twelve. The house and pool area was well kept and clean. The pool was a welcomed option to the beach during the hottest part of the day. The short walk to the beach was not a problem at all! The grandchildren also enjoyed looking for crabs on the shore at night. A quick trip to the Shoobies ice cream truck, just down the road, served up a refreshingly cold treat that was delightful. Our vacation at Beach State was so great, we went ahead and booked our vacation for next year there. To sum it all up in a few words…..We had a blast there!!!!

"We recently stayed in this beautiful home. The location is quiet and a very short walk to the white sand beach. The house accommodated our party of nine perfectly. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The views of the coast are amazing. We watched dolphins from the windows and deck. The private pool was a great bonus. I would give this property 10 stars if possible.

"If you’re looking for your own little private getaway at the beach this is it. Beautiful house and just a few short feet from the beach. The house was amazing and beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 8. Well kept and clean. . A short walk to the beach and the private pool were great. Will definitely spend more vacations here.

"Beach State is a beautiful home located in Mexico Beach. This quiet low key beach gave our family a comfortable and truly enjoyable week!! The home had everything and more for our family! The decor is beautiful and family friendly! The large kitchen island was the centerpiece of many conversations and meals! Everyone slept great and the beds were comfy!! Gas grill , laundry and private pool just adds to the easy stay!! We would rate this a 10 out of 5 if possible!!!!

"Excited that we were the first to enjoy a wonderful couple of days at the beach in such an awesome home! It is in a great location, and has all the amenities we needed. I am bringing my family back in July to this same home and very excited to share the neighborhood with them. As we bought the lot across the street, I am sure we will have many days we will enjoy your home while building ours!

Perfect multi family getaway

"Perfect multi family getaway if you want to escape the crowds of PC and Destin. The beach is easy walking distance. The pool was relaxing after a long day from the beach all day. I highly recommend this beach house. Also, if you have a boat, jet ski, etc, easy access to the Gulf right down the road.
