"Wonderful would be the way to describe our stay at the Blue Horizon. From the spacious layout of the house, to the view off of the decks, to the game room everything was wonderful. The close proximity to the beach was an added bonus. We would highly recommend the Blue Horizon.

"Blue Horizon is a great place for a large family to enjoy! We had so much fun last Spring Break, we came back again. We loved beautiful beach days, rooftop sunsets, and playing at the beach! We also enjoyed Killer Seafood in Mexico Beach and Shipwreck Oyster Bar in Port St. Joe.

Beach Day Discoveries

"This was our first visit to Mexico Beach! Coming from Northern Illinois for Spring Break was a treat. The beaches are snowy white and my kids had a blast! Discovering a starfish, a shark tooth, and sand dollars. On our final day we were able to watch dolphins jumping and splashing around too. The game room was perfect to unwind at night or on a rainy day. The house is so cozy and comfy! We enjoyed San Blas Lighthouse, Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, and the best ice cream at the Sugar Shack in Port St Joe.

"Perfect Days at the beach, excellent weather! We had such fun over New Years, we came back for Spring Break! Great place to stay and we appreciate the kid friendly cups and plates. The house is well supplied for everyone's needs. 98 was being resurfaced over our stay, a little noisy, but interesting to watch. The newly resurfaced road looks great.

"Thank you for letting us enjoy your home for the week! Our group had so much fun. We love the color scheme of the house and especially the top deck. "My moms favorite place is Mexico Beach. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. This vacation was for her to have all her kids and grand babies in one place. What a trip for a 91st birthday!!

"I can’t say enough about this house!! When asked what she wanted to do for her 91st birthday, my grandmother said she wanted the family to go to Mexico Beach. Even though it was the only house with availability, I am so thankful that this house was the one chosen. I know the renovations to the house are still ongoing from Hurricane Michael, but the work so far is excellent! We loved that there is a ground floor suite for those that have issues getting up and down stairs, the kiddos loved the bunk room and everyone loved the ground floor game room. Access to the beach was not an issue either, just cross Hwy 98 and the side walk takes you to the beach. Our very large family used to come to Mexico Beach every year for a week and it was so nice to reconnect with each other whether they were able to come for a day or the entirety of the stay. The only issue we had was most of us were not tech savvy enough to figure out how to lock the doors from the outside, so maybe some detailed instructions on that would be beneficial. Gran loved it so much that we’ve already booked for next July!! So, thank you Blue Horizon, for allowing the Price family to reconnect with each other.
