If you are looking for a true beach vacation without much fanfare or fuss, Indian Pass will suit you just right! An eclectic array of beach homes lines the edge of miles of secluded, pet-friendly beaches. The Pass is celebrated most for fishing, lagoon oysters and an incredible variety of wildlife. Apalachicola Bay flows into the Gulf at the tip of Indian Pass Peninsula creating a conflux of fresh and saltwater, making it one of the most fertile estuarine areas in the world. Just across the tip of the peninsula lies the primitive shore of St. Vincent Island, a national wildlife refuge, encompassing over 12,000 acres of protected habitat. Stop by the Indian Pass campground to find out about local eco-excursions to St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge as well as charter fishing, kayak and bike rentals.

Wonderful Place!!

"We spent several weeks at Sunny Daze and really enjoyed this home and location! The house was clean and bright, living area had newer flooring, bed slept great, appliances worked well, kitchen had all the essentials to prepare food and coffee, and we were able to bring our dog along. There were books, games, and puzzles. A screened back deck overlooked a bayou with wildlife and birds. The beach was a short walk past a couple of houses and a pleasant community pool. The entire area was very peaceful and private, and the beach was lovely. Contact with management was efficient. They let us arrive several hours early, got the TV put into guest mode so we could watch our sport channels, the grass was cut, monthly pest control came after a heads-up, maintenance arrived promptly when a pipe broke during a cold snap despite our mutual efforts to prevent. We didn’t use the upstairs but it looked good. It will be our pleasure to rent this home again!

"We have stayed at Sunny Days multiple times and once again, it did not disappoint! They house and community are so peaceful, clean and quiet. We love being able to come down and rest, spend quality time as a family, and enjoy the laid back atmosphere that is Indian Pass.

"Great location! Sunny Daze is in a nice little neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Several days we were one of only a few people even on the beach. It was a great week. The house could use some updates; the patio furniture on both the back deck and front deck were unusable. Plastic chairs that were busted from previous use, the screened in porch in back was great with a nice view, but again unusable due to the poor condition of the plastic chairs. the other wooden slat chairs had all the cushions missing, seemed a little odd. Overall a great little place and it fit our needs nicely. Would consider coming back!

"I visited this home twice at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic...the first time for a week with three 20-something daughters and friends, and the second time by myself. Sunny Daze is peaceful and very clean. I had everything I needed there. I had two dogs with me both times, and they loved the beach and the screened porch. I love walking on the beach with dogs, and the beach closed while I was there one time, due to the pandemic. It didn't even matter! We just changed our walk to a loop of oyster shell paths/road within Indian Summer and the neighborhood next door. This was at least a 1 mile loop, we never had to get on the main road, and we could see the beach the entire time. The pool remained open. It's clean and beach front, and it has restrooms, which was nice. We had a pop up beach tent, so we could still sit on the dunes near the property and read. The girls and I had margaritas and watched news and movies on the big tv. There is plenty of outdoor space for children to ride bikes, protected from the main road. There's a covered sandbox on the screen porch for rainy days and bookshelves of paperbacks in case you forget your book (which I did). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything anyone would need. There's an outdoor grill and covered parking. The view of the estuary off the back deck is stunning, especially late afternoon and early morning, and there are many birds to be seen. The home is clean and the beds are comfortable. On both trips, I worked "at home", which I did by setting up my laptop on the built in desk upstairs, which actually has an ocean view. Wifi and Verizon cell coverage worked well. At the end of the work day and at lunch time, I just walked downstairs and went outside. I did not want to return home either time. I felt very safe during the pandemic. I ordered groceries from Amazon and they were delivered and left on the porch, which is partially covered. There are very few people in Gulf County, Florida, at all. If I did this well in the pandemic, imagine how much fun this would be after the pandemic?

"Loved staying here we have an immune compromised daughter she had a heart transplant and this was perfect! Clean, close to the beach and pool and plenty of space! The pool could have been a little cleaner but overall great place!

"I am only give it a three because of the master bedroom. The mattress is terrible. It’s way to soft and needs to be replaced.
