"We love this condo! It is spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The view is the best from the wrap around balcony. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue too. My only critique of the condo is, I would love to have blackout curtains or shades in each bedroom. The lights in the hallway are bright all night and the master bedroom gets very bright at 5:30.

"Loved the condo, very spacious, wrapped around balcony was great. The reason for 4 stars…my recommendation would be to put blackout drapes in the two bedrooms coming into the condo. The bright lights on the walkway outside the rooms light it up like spot lights in the bedroom all night. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Spacious, comfortable, and glorious

"Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and great location (3 food trucks next door). Wrap around balcony was fantastic! Bring eye shades. Two front bedrooms have security lights on porch that are dawn/dusk and are bright. Our family has rented condos/houses approx 12 times with Forgotten Coast Realty. The company is exceptional!! The couple of questions/incidentals we’ve had have ALWAYS been quickly resolved. This isn’t the case with other property Mgmt throughout other places we’ve rented in Florida. Do yourself a favor and rent thru this reputable company, you will be happy you did. FCR we will return!

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in PS400. It is a wonderful unit - perhaps the best in the building! Views are great and the balcony wraps around to gulf front. (Not all units have this). The furnishings are high end and super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and stocked with quality housewares. The condo is huge - I hosted members of my family for dinner and we had more than enough room. Can’t wait to book again!

"We have rented several homes and condos with Forgotten Coast over the years and always have a great experience. This condo was great, beautiful sunsets, plenty of room and well appointed kitchen. The only issue we had is the overall lighting in the living room and kitchen was limited, but it is still well worth the rental. We will see you again PS400

"Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. We traveled with our teenage children and the condo and Mexico Beach provided us the opportunity to enjoy each other, the Florida beaches while still providing us the opportunity to socially distance from others. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise even though we arrived late at night. All the staff on site were very kind and helpful. Even other guests and residents were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was superb, and the views from the deck of the sunsets were incredible. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the furniture from the living room even to the porch was quality. We highly recommend this condo and the Mexico Beach area.

"This condo is HUGE and everything was so nice! Large, well-appointed kitchen with new appliances, beautifully (beachy) coordinated furnishings and everything else you could ask for. The views, especially of the sunset, were amazing from the balcony. We highly recommend this condo!!!
